Valderejo looking for autumn

Days are unusually hot and autumn is being a bit strange. So we decided to leave the city and go looking for some real autumn signs.

Egunak beroegiak dira gauden hilabeterako. Udazkena, ez da ohi izanten den horietakoa. Beraz, hiria hutsi eta benetako udazkenaren bila joan ginen.

Valderejo is a natural park that is an hour far from Vitoria. It is a little corner that is worth to be discovered.

Valderejo Gasteiztik ordu batera dagoen parke natural bat da.

There are different paths to discover the park. We choose the one that is going near the river. Colours were changing, atmosphere was calm and the noise of silence was our walking friend.

Riberaraino dihoan bidea aukeratu genuen. Purón erreka ondoan dihoan bidezka. Koloreak aldatzen zihoazela ohartu ginen, atmosfera lasaia eta ixiltasuna izan genituen bide lagun.

We arrived to an abandoned village which church is still open and not completly distroyed. One can imagine how the little village was, near the river, with the church on the top, and stone houses going up the hill.

Riberara heltzean abandonatua dagoen herria topatu genuen. Eliza oraindik zutik dago eta maldaren gainean ikus dezakegu herria zena zaintzen. Nola zen imaginatu genuen, erreka alboan, harrizko etxeak...nolatan joan ziren guztiak handik...

  4. How beautiful! I love all this colors of fall. I do not have to look for the autumn, he is reliable to us every year. I like going for walks in the forest. There I can the autumn feel, see and especially smell. I love the smell of autumn. In mid-October I was in the mountains, two hours away from us, to see there the autumn. He is there often more beautiful and impressive.
