Knitting, crocheting...moving


I know it is late to start knitting a winter vest....but I know myself and it will be a project that will last long...so better start early...for next winter. Nº6 neddles, and grey yarn from Blackoveja.

Sé que es tarde para empezar a tejer un chaleco de invierno...pero me conozco, sé que va a ser un proyecto que me va a llevar mucho tiempo...mejor empezar pronto...para el próximo invierno. Agujas del 6 y lana gris de Blackoveja.

My last work trips to Madrid has let me a bit of time to go shopping...and I discovered a shop that sells cord. So I decided to buy a bit to try to make a crochet rug. I have started proving...must find a good pattern to make one.
Madrilera joan nintzen azken lan bidaiak denbora utzi zidan erosketak egiteko...eta kordela saltzen zuen denda bat topatu nuen. Kordel apur bat erosi dut gantxilozko alfombra egiteko. Probak egiten hasi naiz...ea patroi polit bat topatzen dudan.
Mi último viaje de trabajo a Madrid, me permitió algo de tiempo para ir de compras....tenía apuntada una tienda de cordeles que me fascinó. Así que compré unos cuantos metros para una alfombra de ganchillo. He empezado a probar...ahora tengo que encontrar un patrón que me seduzca.

Cooking weekends








I have had people to eat...so I have being cooking...something I adore when I have time and I am alone in the kitchen. Usually open a bottle of wine, this time was white, just to drink while. The smells, the tastes, a bit of sun in the window, a bit of spring in the atmosphere.
Jendea eduki dut bazkaltzera azkenaldian...eta sukaldean sartuta ibili naiz..gero eta gustokoago dudan zeozer da. Bakarrik nagoenean, sukaldean. Normalean ardo botila irekitzen dut. Oraingoan Mallorkako Quibia zuria izan da. Saporeak, usaiak, eta eguzki apur bat leihotik, udaberriaren deia.
He tenido gente a comer, por lo que he estado metida en la cocina...es algo que cada día me gusta más. Sola en la cocina, con la música. Normalmente abro un vino. Esta vez ha sido un blanco de Mallorca, Quibia. Los sabores, los olores, un poco de sol desde la ventana, la primavera llamando a la puerta.

Late corner view:monument and giveaway


First of all, sorry for being so late. Week was a bit difficult. Travelled to Madrid at last minute and a good friend died after fighting against cancer for more than ten years. And I think the monument idea must go to her. A woman that after suffering a breast cancer fitghted to survive, to be happy and to make happy her family, her friends and never gave up. She was 48. Too young to die. Too young to have been fighting so long. So sorry for not being able to write you earlier.
