October is falling slowly

Autumn is changing colours of the landscape around.
Days fly as leaves on wind, nearly without leaving any footprint.
I must confess that I feel that I am not in my best, and maybe that is the reason wh I have a bit abandoned the blog.
I usually sit a bit in front the TV after dinner, and took the tablet. As I feel tired, unusually tired and with burned brain, I just look at easy things like Pinterest or Instagram.  Those which are imagine based and words are in second space.
But as live is not internet, here I show what I have bein making in my little spare time:
  • A shawl crochet from Marion Madel book
  • Reading The Ermit by Thomas Rydahl, and next in the list one by Penelope Fitzgerald.
  • Writting. I make a gest post in this lovely web
  • And now that I have lost my grandmother, I think I have to make something with all the photos I have been taking from her place....
What about your cold afternoons? Any books to recomend or knitting ideas?

Udazken koloreak aldatzen dihoaz inguruko paisaiari ezezaguna zaigun itzura emanez.
Eta egunak erortzen dira, zuhaitzetako ostoak lez, ia zarata atera gabe, ia inor ohartu gabe.
Nire onenean ez nagoela aitortu behar diat, eta agian horregatik piskat alderatua dut bloga.
Gauero afalostean telebista aurrean esertzen naiz tableta eskuan dudala. Baina nekean eta barneko gogo ezak, gauza edo ariketa errezetara bultzatzen naute. Pinterest eta Instagramen ibili ohi naiz, non irudiak dira nagusi eta hitzak bigarren plano batean geratzen diren.
Hala ere beste gauzetarako denbora ateratzen hari naiz.
  • Marion Madel-en liburutik  zeozer nabil egiten. Erraza eta nahiko arina.
  • Zeozer idatzi eta argitaratu didate. Kolaborazio txiki bat web
  • Orain amana galdu dudala, argazki eta hitzekin zeozer egin behar dudala sentitzen dut...gogora ekartzeko.
Eta zuek ze liburu edo eskulan dezute eskuartean? Gomendiorik?

September: what´s new

September always means begining. After summer relaxing nights, the warm afternoons in the balcony and the lazy days, september is full of energy and new projects.

My summer has not been usual, and after two weeks of holidays, september began lazy and with less strengh as the one I would love to.

Although the lack of energy, projects fly around, filling the little time I have after work.

I will continue with my ceramic classes, and hope to be able to manage to create and enjoy. Will focus on working with Yolanda from Olaimar in some decoration projects, and work without obsessing in my etsy shop (again, hahaha, hope this time to manage to reopen it) . Or any project or things one of you would love to share with me. I am open to all new.

My german will be on the list too. I enjoyed so much last year and met so crazy and nice people that I want to keep that good vibres around my german lessons. Will try to answer and write to you who have german as mother tonge, will try....

And some exercise. The most difficult one for me. I am lazy, I know, and I go to swing when I have lot of time, and not when I should, and...this time, I have joined a class called "G-bump" really have no idea about what it is, just goes ok with my timetable. Will keep you informed.

And all without leaving this blog, knitting a bit and keeping my idea of writting open....what about your september?

Septiembre suele significar comienzo.

También me he apuntado a hacer ejercicio.

Iraila beti egonda hasierarekin lotua. Udako gau lasaien ostean, terrazetan pasatako arratsalde epelen ostean eta goizalde beranduen ostean, irailak energia eta proiektu berriez betea dator.

Nahiz eta ezohizko udara izan, eta irailean bi aste opor izan, iraila astun eta nahi ez beste energiarik gabe hasi dut.

Energia falta izan arren, proiektuak inguruan hegaka ditut, lan ostean dudan denbora urria aprobetzatu nahiean edo.

Zeramika klaseekin jarraituko dut eta norabidearen bila nabil. Nork daki Yolandarekin zeozer egin, eta ahal bada etsy denda berriro berrireki. Edo zuetako edonork nirekin zeozer egiteko gogoa izango balu...edozertara irekia nago.

Alemanarekin jarraitu nahi dut ere. Talde ero eta berezia aurkitu eta ihaz lortutako giro onarekin jarraitu nahi dut.

Ariketa apur bat egin, ordenagailu aurrean pasatako ordu luzeei kontra egiteko edo. Hau da gehien kostatzen zaidana. Bakarrik egin beharrak, etxean geratzera bultzatzen nau...beraz, udaleko klaseetara apuntatu naiz, ikusiko dugu zer egingo dugun.

Eta guztia, hemendik pasatuz, puntuari denbora emanez, eta idazteari ilusioa emanez....eta zuek zer dezute buruan?

Shopping scape to Donosti-San Sebastian

As I told you August has been quite hard to my mother, so I decided to bring her to San Sebastian. Wander, walk along the beach, and go shopping, just discovering new shops and visiting old ones.
The first discovery is an old shop. They sell all kind of natural fibers. It is centenary shop, full of all time goods. Those kind of shops that has a special essence.

Esan nizuen bezala amak abuztu zaila izan du, beraz Donostira eraman nun egun pasa. Pasiatzera, kostaldetik ibiltzera eta dendatan. Berriak deskubritzera eta zaharretan galtzera.
Lehen sorpresa, betiko denda batean izan genuen. Bizitza guztiko denda horietakoak, non fibraz eginiko gauza mordoa topatu genituen. Halako zeozer berezia zuen.

I love walking around the old part, just looking at the shop-windows. Those with traditional touristic artisan goods, and of course those of food and drinks. I think I could pass one day, just buying food to cook, and drinks to cheer.

Maite diat alde zaharretik galtzen, dendetako lehioak ikustatzen. Horiek turistendako eskulanak eta dituztenak eta noski bazkari eta edariz beteriko besteak. Eguna bazkaltzeko eta gero kozinatzeko, edo edariak gero elkarreking edateko erosten pasako nuke.

A new discovery was also a printing or art shop. It was located in an old butcher shop that keeps most of the butcher decoration. They sell affordable art pieces inspired in the city. I could not resist and bought a little one for home.

Aurkikuntza berezi izan genuen konstituzio plaza inguruan. Arte denda txikia. Haragitegi batean irekita dago, eta dekorazioa haragitegikoa da. Artea saltzen dute prezio nahiko onean. Nirea etxean diat jada.

Corner View: Celebrating

As I talked some months ago alwas is something to celebrate.

And this year was my 40th birthday so I decided that would be special and that will celebrate all year.

But summer is being long and strange, and I feel with no energy to write or even take photos. Grandmother at hospital with a broken hip that no one wants to surgery, grandmother in a residence, family tensions, mother a bit depressed. New bosses, same work with different name, same and more problems, and having to work more hours in august as everyone is on holidays.

And I have been thinking about lettin all down and gointo into silence
But the corner view thema reminded me that there are little things for which is worth celebrating life.
Those little details that one day make you smile and forget the rest.

While my mother was at hospital, it was my parents 43 weeding aniversary. Years ago my father used to send a dozen of red roses to my mother. This year I thought it was a good moment to send them again. The roses. are still at my mother´s, dried and reminding me how special that little thing was for her.
In few weeks I will go with university friends to celebrate our 40ths at Pamplona. It is the second friend weekend I have to celebrate ours new number.

I am trying to celebrate each day, but it is not being easy.
Writting about it, reminds me that really there are things to celebrate, and that those black spots are little ones in a blue sky. Riminds me how much I love to write and how much I have to try to follow my dream of writting more seriously.
What are you celebrating?

Hilabete batzuk dala, beti zeozer ospatzeko dagoelari buruz hitzegin nizuen.

Aurten 40 urte bete ditut eta urtea berezia behar zuela izan esan nion neure buruari.

Baina uda arraroa eta luzea iruditzen ari zait. Idazteko edo argazkiak ateratzeko indarrik gabe aurkitzen naiz. Amama hopitalean izan dugu, inork operatu nahi ez duen aldaka autzita. Gero erresidentzian, familia arazoak, ama gero eta nekatu eta tristeago. Bestalde empresak izena aldat eta nagusiak aldatu ditu, lehengoak haundiagotuz. Abuztuak lan ordu gehiago izan ditu eta tonto aurpegiarekin heltzen nintzen etxera egunero.

Eta dena ustearekin pentsatu dut, ixildu eta urrundu. Baina gaurko gaiak bestelakoa erakutzi dit.

Baina gaurko gaiak txiki horiek ez ahaztea gogorarazi dit.

Amama hospitalean zegoela, gurasoen 43. ezkontzurrena izan zen. Azpaldian aitak dozena larrosa gorri opari ohi zizkion. Aurten nik bidali dizkiot larrosak amari. Han jarraitzen dute oraindik, etxean, lehor, detaile txikiak amak izan zuen irribarrearen irudi.

Aste batzutan Iruñara joango naiz unibertsitateko lagunekin. 40ak ospatzera. Nola hainbeste urte ostean horrelakoak egiten jarraitzen dugun.

Egunero zeozer ospatzen saiatzen naiz, baina ez da erreza izaten ari. Idazteak aldiz, gauza txiki horien garrantzia ekarten dit burura, eta puntu beltzak, zeru urdinean galarazten. Zenbat lasaitzen eta gustatzen zaidan idaztea gogorarazten dit, eta zenbat saitu behar dudan idazteari behar duen garrantzia emateko.

Zer zaudete aurten ospatzen?

Discovering the north of Italy on bike. Verbania

There are different reasons to choose a holiday destiny, ours was to see some stages from the cycling race Giro de Italia.
So we choose Verbania, nearly without knowing where it was.

Luckly we discovered a little calm and easy living paradise.

Our apartment has an incredible view of the Lago Maggiore and having breakfast and dinner in the balcony each day was one of the little pleasures we enjoyed.
The sound of the bird and the smell of jasmine are still on my mind.

As we brought our bikes, we were able to travel around the lake, with the slow perspective that riding gives.

This time ther eare not much photos. Just moments one keeps on the little box for blue days. It was a personal choice not to see all through the lent of the camera, just to see and enjoy it, as it was a place you live at. Trying to feel more closed to the place and the people.

Going a bit, out of the general touristic route.

Oporretako norantza aukeratzeko arrazoi asko daude. Gureak Italiako Giroko etapa pare bat ikustea zen.
Beraz Verbania aukeratu genuen, horiek ikusteko ondo zetorrelako. Ia ezer gehiago jakin gabe.

Zorionez han aukitutakoa lasaitasun eta ondo bizitzeko pasadisu txikia zen.

Apartamenduak Lago Maggioreruntz zuzendua zegoen eta egunero terrazan gosaldu edo afaltzeko aukerak ez zuen diruordainik. Lakuaren mugimendua, hodeiak, eguzkiak, txorien kantua eta jazminaren usaia goizero.

Bizikletekin joan ginenez, lakuaren inguruan lasai bidaitzeko aukera izan genuen. Bizikletak ematuen duen erritmoa arin moldatu zen herri txiki eta lakuarekin.

Oraingoan ez daude argazki asko. Kamera alde batera laga nuen, une askotan, hango esentzia ez galtzeko edo. Han bizi izan bagina lez. Kuriositatez gauzak begiratuz, baina dena argazki batean gorde beharra barik.

Tourismo masibotik ihes eginez.

Corner view: Monochrome

Good weather and summer time is making my routine a bit changeable...so I have no time for anything. You know, you stay late in the street with friends, with nephew and as you arrive at home, no time for anything, just eat something and go to bed.
So this time I find out no time for taking photos...but suddenly remembered a song with that exact tittle. Hope you enjoy it, and happy summer time.

Eguraldi onak eta udara giroak kalean geratzera bultzatzen nau. Beraz denborarik gabe nabil. Badakizue, lagunekin garagardo bat, berandurarte hilabakin jokoan, eta etxera heldu eta zeozer afaldu eta oheratzeko gogoa besterik ez duzu.
Beraz ez dit argazkirik ateratzeko denborarik...hala ere bat batean abesti hau burura etorri zait. Espero dut gustoko izatea eta udara hasiera ona izan dezazuela.

Corner view: Paper

At home, paper becomes art.

I have a bookcase full of different feelings, houses in remote corners, windows with a view and conversations with stars.
I have a bookcase full of colours, stories for childrens that only adults can discover and adventures of no age.

I have a colourful star at door to remind that world is a feast.

Butterflies fly free at home.

And words, drawings and art pieces are the most appreaciated treasures.

Gure etxean, papera arte bilakatzen da.

Sentimendu ezberdinez beteriko liburutegia diagu, non munduko lehio ezberdinetara hurbildu gaitezkeen, eta pertsona interesante askorekin kafea hartu.
Kolorez beteriko mundua dago gordea, non gazteentzako liburuak nagusientzako historiak gordetzen dituzten eta  edaderik gabeko abenturak sai dauden.

Kolorezko izarra dago etxean atarian, mundua jai bat dela gogorarazteko.

Tximeletak askatsaunez dabiltza.

Eta hitzak, marrazkiak eta pinturak bihotzezko altzorra.
