Fluor touches

 

Stormy weather. Hot days, storms, hot nights. So I try to use time to work on more products. A bit of fluor colours, for next months. Baskets for winter knittings, baskets for kid toys, or colourful hangers for smiling mornings....just need the touch of leather and a bit of creative drawings.

Beroa, ekaitzak, gau arraroak, lehio irekiak, korronte bila. Denbora gauza berriak egiten pasatzen det. Fluor kolore apur bat, urrengo hilabeteetarako. Kolorezko saskiak negu lanetarako, jolasentzat, edo kolorezko pertzak goizak irriz betetzeko...larruzko tokea falta zaie eta marrazkiren bat edo.

Tormentas. Tardes de truenos, cielos oscuros y noches calurosas. Un poco de trabajo en nuevos proyectos. Un poco de color atrevido, para los próximos meses. Cestos para los trabajos de punto de invierno, para los juguetes o perchas de colores para arrancar una sonrisa somnolienta a la mañana....les falta el toque de cuero y algún dibujo creativo.

Niretzat ere laranja apur bat. Gelako kalmaren kontra.

Un poco de naranja para mí. En contraste con mis negros (en la ropa) y mis blancos (en casa)

Summer landscape

Summer hot days are changing colours of landscape.

Udako egun beroek landetako koloreak arin aldatzen dituzte.

Los días de calor del verano están cambiando rápidamente los colores de los campos.

 

 

Summer hot days don´t let me sleep properly and spent all day in a kind of summer fog.

Udako egun beroek ez didate ondo lo egiten lagatzen eta egun oso halako logure arraro batean aurkitzen naiz.

Los calurosos días de verano apenas me dejan dormir, y me paso el día en un estado de somnolecia extraño.

It is not being an easy summer, for so many things. Hoping to find a secret door to a new garden, to a new corner in my life. 

Gutxien espero dezunean, bidean, lorategi sekretu baten atea aurkitzeko.

Para en la mitad del camino, como despertando de un sueño, encontrar una puerta a un jardín secreto.

Home is a place where I love to sit and read. Love reading. Lately more magazines than books. 

Etxea, non eseri eta lasai irakurtzen dudan. Maite diat irakurtzea, azkenaldian aldizkari gehiago.

Casa, ese sitio donde me gusta sentarme a leer en tranquilidad. Adoro leer. Últimamente más revistas que libros.

At home there is always something green. I would love to have a garden or a balcony. I am more mountain girl than beach one. Love seaside, but not summer beaches.

Etxean beti dago landarerenbat. Mendi neska naiz, nahiz eta itsasaldea gustoko izan, negu partean nahiago diat.

En casa siempre hay alguna planta. Me hubiera gustado tener un balcón o un jardín. Soy más de montaña que de playa. Me gusta el mar, pero más fuera de temporada.

 

A room with a view. Like looking inside and looking outside windows. At home natural light is something so important.

Argia. Etxean ezinbestekoa da. Gustoko diat barruruntz eta kanporuntz begiratu eta historiak imaginatzea.

Me gusta mirar para fuera y para dentro imaginando historias. En casa la luz es muy importante.

My city is my home. I can find corners so near to sit and get lost, and that´s what I love more. Feeling every corner like home.

Hiria etxetzat jo dezaket. Gustoko diat edozein eskinetan nireak izan daitezkeen lekuak topatzea.

Mi ciudad es mi casa. Me gusta encontrarme rincones como reservados para mí, para ese momento. Esa sensación de confort me gusta.

Corner view: out of tourist´s camera

One of the things I love more about town is that is surrounded by a green ring one can visit walking, riding or running. In more or less 20 minutes from the city center, walking, one can find these views. It is not so normal for tourists to go so far from the city center, but sometimes it is worth to get lost and enjoy.

Gasteiztik gehien gustatzen zaidan gauzetariko bat, nola etxetik gutxira deskonektatzeko aukera ematen didaten berdeguneak topa ditzakedala. 20 minutu oinez eta horrelako beste mundu batean barneratzeko aukera ematen dit.

Una de las cosas que más me gusta de Vitoria, es el anillo verde que la rodea. Puedes caminar, andar en bici o correr. En más o menos 20 minutos del centro puedes encontrarte con paisajes como los de las fotos. Suelen pasar desapercibidos para aquellos que visitan con poco tiempo la ciudad, pero a veces merece la pena alejarse un poco y perderse.

Corner to corner rainy weekend

On Friday arrived a surprise from France. A little parcel with that travelling tomare and all those labels from all around the world. So nice to have the tomare with me in a rainy weekend. Just a ray of light.

Ostiralean Frantziatik heldutako eguzki izpi bereziak astebukaera beste modu batean ikustera bultzatu dit. Indar gehiagoz. Tomare. Geratu eta arnastu. Disfrutatu.

El viernes llegó de Francia un rayo de luz en forma de Tomare, con todas las tarjetas de toda esa gente por donde ha ido viajando. Y como un rayo de inspiración, el fin de semana se ha intentado aprovechar...de alguna manera, pese a la lluvia. Pese a estar en casa. 

Rain. Emptly streets. Blue general mood.

Euria. Berriro.

Lluvia, otra vez. Solo hemos tenido un simulacro de primavera hasta ahora.

 

Although I haven´t sell anything, I keep on trying new materials and new forms. Just for me, a external storage device cover.

Nahiz eta ezer ez saldu izan. Lanean jarraitzen det, materiale berriak probatuz. 

Aunque no haya vendido nada todavía, sigo probando materiales y formas. Para mí, una funda para la unidad externa de almacenamiento.

 

Cooking. Roasted pork sirloin with potatoes and onions with white wine. Love to have people at home just to cook a bit different.

Solomillo encebollado con vino blanco y patatas. Me gusta tener gente en casa para cocinar un poco.

What about your weekend? Anything new?

Corner view: somewhere else

Can you imagine a sunny day? Can you feel the warm wind on your skin? Can you travell far away into the sea? It is real, it is so near...just for some days, we have the opportunity to feel we where living somewhere else...please keep this weather last.

Imaginatuk dezakezu eguzkia? Bere beroa? Itsasoan barrena bidaiatu? Egun batzuetarako kanpoan bizi naizenaren irudia eman digu denborak, pasatako negu luzearen ondoren....luza dadin behar diat.

Puedes imaginar un día soleado? La sensación de calor sobre tu piel? Viajar lejos adentrándote en el mar? Es real, está cerca...por unos días el mal tiempo nos ha dado una tregua y nos parece vivir en algún otro sitio....necesito que dure este tiempo.
